Founded in 1890, Graham & Dunn is a nationally-recognized, industry-focused law firm with offices on Seattle’s waterfront. Our practice is organized by Industry Teams and Resource Teams. These teams work individually and collaboratively to provide exceptional legal services to our clients. We represent businesses in the financial services, hospitality, beverage, franchise, real estate, communications, natural resources, and manufacturing industries. We also assist clients across all industries with their needs in corporate finance, labor and employment, intellectual property, tax, wealth management, litigation and dispute resolution, and in general corporate matters.

Prime location
We are located at historic Pier 70 on Seattle's waterfront. We offer a unique, technologically-advanced working environment that takes advantage of the city's scenic marine landscape while offering easy access to downtown businesses, shopping and restaurants. Our offices are literally situated on the pier, jutting over Puget Sound. When we open the doors, we can hear the water lapping below and breathe in the fresh air.
Office perks
Our light-filled office design allows for spectacular views of Puget Sound, the Olympic mountain range and Mount Rainier. Many of our attorneys and staff members enjoy the view from our numerous decks, including one directly off Town Center, where many of our employees eat lunch. Another favorite office area is a common “Living Room,” which features a gas fireplace—a great place to review legal briefs or catch up on reading.
We are also adjacent to the Seattle Art Museum Olympic Sculpture Park and to Myrtle Edwards Park. Both are ideal locations to enjoy the outdoors and to exercise. Employees can also use the onsite gym, lockers and showers for exercising or for storing gear for bicycle commuting.
Transportation options
Graham & Dunn is easily accessible via a number of modes of transportation. We operate a daily shuttle, covering the short distance from the office to the downtown core during the morning, lunch and evening commutes. Our attorneys also have access to an electric car for transportation to and from meetings or other events.
Other options include frequent city bus service and the Waterfront Bus Line, a free bus which follows a route along the waterfront to Pioneer Square and the International District.
